Wine, Editors, and Stuff…
Looks to be an interesting week. I have meetings with several editors (magazine and book), which is causing my heart to go pitter-pat-put-pitter. Should be very interesting to find out where this will all lead. Speaking of writing, I have to write an article about wine & health for a major pharmaceutical company this week. Well, I was supposed to write it last week, but I sorta forgot about it. Whoops. I will post the article here, if its not too dull.
No classes this week as we prepare for September & the big semester to come. There are still quite big issues to resolve: final approval from the Department of Education for changes to our programs, a final contract with our university sponsors, etc. Should prove to be an interesting week.
Keith Wallace
Keith is the founder of the Wine School of Philadelphia. He has written for many publications, including the Daily Beast, and the Huffington Post. He is the the author of Corked & Forked, available at all fine bookstores. A former executive chef and professional winemaker, Keith enjoys living in Center City, Philadelphia with his wife and two dogs. He is also the National Sommelier for Bacchus Selections, and a founding member of the National Wine School.
